The KBC de-riveter machine strips old rivets and worn linings off brake shoes and clutch plates quickly and cleanly, leaving the shoe table undamaged and ready for relining. It is essential kit for any workshop reconditioning brake and clutch components.
What the de-riveter machine does
Punching out old rivets by hand is slow and it bends shoe tables. A dedicated de-riveter drives each rivet out cleanly without distorting the metal, which means the shoe can be relined instead of scrapped. On volume work it pays for itself quickly.
Suited to:

Frequently asked questions
Will it damage the brake shoe?
No. That is the point of using a proper machine. It drives rivets out without distorting the shoe table, so the shoe can be relined rather than replaced.
Can you quote a complete relining setup?
Yes. Tell us the volume you expect to handle and we will spec the machines, tooling and consumables, plus training for your team.
