Friction flat sheets are raw friction material supplied in sheet form, ready to be cut and drilled into custom brake linings and clutch facings. They are the answer when a part is obsolete, unusual, or simply cannot be sourced off the shelf in South Africa.
Friction flat sheets for custom and hard to source parts
Older machinery, imported plant and grey market vehicles frequently need friction parts nobody stocks any more. Rather than telling a customer the part does not exist, a workshop with sheet material can cut, drill and fit a replacement the same day.

Send us the dimensions or a sample and we will advise on the best approach. For repeat work, cutting in-house is usually more economical.
